Do loud noises make anyone else really stressed? I live with family who are lowkey miserable and do not like me but anyway they are always loud and aggressive around the house and it makes me so anxious. Also sometimes they blast music in the basement

literallyyy i cant stand my family (loud caribbeans) speaking mad loud on the phone at any hour of the day

Yeah honestly the loudness irks me so much and I’ve told my family member about how loud their music is in the basement yet they continue to do it. And my room is right above the basement 😭
