You’ll be good man. Dont be afraid to take long walks to calmly get rid of some energy. If you don’t feel like it’ll make you more anxious make sure and go to the gym some too. The anxiety will subside and you’ll feel a good tide of fun. So many others deal with it too. In the long run overcoming this anxiety will make you so much more withstanding in the future of other things. You got this 🙏🏻
Im a senior in college now. I was terrified and so anxious going into freshman year. Luckily i had a roommate who would want to go to the dining hall with me/walk around campus which made those few first weeks so much better. Hopefully your roommate is like that. Just try to calm down. You will be okay!! Go to the events your school has for freshmen/any dorm events
