also make sure you’re getting enough vitamins and minerals - e.g. I was low on iron and it made my feet tingle which made me hella anxious and kept me spiralling but it was such an easy fix

Big time but I also have a weak immune and a muscle disorder so there’s always something going on with my body

mine has gotten a little better over the last couple months, it was so bad that I went to the emergency room several times convinced I was having a heart attack even tho I’m 21 and in good shape. my biggest advice is 1) cut out all caffeine if you drink it 2) seriously cut back on sugar 3) take magnesium every evening (or whenever but I like it before bed) 4) instead of fixating on symptoms (which we often gaslight ourselves into or cause ourselves with tension and anxiety) 1/2

write them down and just observe and accept them. like “oh that’s interesting my temple hurts” and then bring yourself back to the moment and your environment. try meditation too it really helps get used to doing that

Yes it started with my panic attacks and later it kinda became a permanent think but I stopped drinking coffee/ energy drinks, I fixed my sleeping schedule and I started taking omega 3 fish oil (the best supplement out there!!) also it helped me a lot staying active like running or going to the gym. I got over it and you can definitely do it too!!!

I am so happy I got better for you! You are doing all the right things that’s why! You weren’t having a heart attack you were having panic attacks I am so sorry you had to go thought that and I agree when I went through a similar phase I used to open my note app and write down my symptoms and when it was over I would look back at it and realise I survived so if it happen again ik it’s just in my head
