Anxiety on Yik Yak | Is this just me or every time I go to a big store like Target/walmart/macys I get so much anxiety. I’m not sure why cus I’ll be just fine before but once I’m inside it starts building up. Nothing traumatic has happened to me in any of these stores so Idk

Crowds, decisions, overload of sensory stimulation. It’s really common to get anxiety triggered at box stores and grocery stores

I wake up early just to shop without a crowd. Sunday mornings are the least busy for the longest time if you're in a very Christian area.
