i’ve been struggling with anxiety pretty badly since i graduated college with nothing lined up afterwards. things got very dark for me but i recently got hired for a salaried position and my family is helping me get a car and an apartment 🙌

all that to say, things can get better. the day before i was hired i was sick with anxiety and journaling about how much of a failure i thought i was and how i was such a burden on my family. things. get. better.
