I also felt impending doom the day before my b day. My anxiety will shift towards the “I’m gonna die feeling” so I thought I was gonna have a heart attack the night before. Usually will have a mopey day during or before my bday where im like “bleh I’m this age” but since I’m an anxious piece of shit the reaction was more visceral
