protein shakes or things like that are great for meal replacements. premier protein is a good brand

I recommend ensures midmorning then I had the same issue growing up and I do not recommend raw dogging mornings with no food it can cause permanent daily fatigue disorders c:

Maybe try to slowly reduce the drinking? It can def make symptoms of anxiety a lot worse and I know anything to reduce them can help in those moments, I wish you the best 🫶

I second protein shakes or meal replacement shakes like fairlife and soylent. Don’t forget electrolytes too
