Anxiety on Yik Yak | Been on Zoloft for a month now I’ve been mostly consistent when I take it. I think I’m done trying to take meds. Sure it took care of my anxiety that’s cool and all and instead replaced it with pretty shit depressive episodes. 🙃

That’s what I’m beginning to believe which sucks cause I’m in therapy and it’s only made me more self aware than I was, if that’s even possible at this point and that all causes more anxiety

Tbh meds like that can cause increased anxiety and other issues up until the 6-8 week mark. If these symptoms continue after that then SSRIs may not be for you, but give them a chance to work first
