Does anyone else puke a lot from stress? It’s been happening to me alot lately and I would really appreciate some tips to make it stop/less bad.

I had a bout with that in previous years, literally anything remotely stressful made me vomit and I was also having a lot of stomach issues around nausea and not wanting to eat. I’d get a prescription for zofran, it helps quite a bit

i agree w #1 zofran helps a lot but so does going outside immediately to breathe in fresh air when u feel the urge to puke, sipping on water, and humming

100% agree on going outside. I tend to get extremely nauseous and anxious before classes and fresh air saved me most of the time as long as it’s not leading into an anxiety or panic attack

Also agree fresh air is also a big help
