Worse, I was on the side of the road where there wasn’t a side walk when the guy swerved like he was trying to hit me and then slammed his breaks while his friends screamed at me so I could hear them through my headphones. Drive around campus blasting music and yelling on megaphones during midterms and finals. You could hear them EVERYWHERE and they kept you up at night, yet security always arrived after they ran off so nothing was done.
