i used to have such bad social anxiety and would get sick from doing things i wasn’t used to doing. tho i am medicated now i do have to say that having someone do something with you really helps! if you don’t have a friend at your campus then try to make one. i go to a small community college, but i was so anxious until a stranger smiled at me and complimented my shirt, now she’s a friend. do only what you feel comfortable with!
