Does anyone have any tips for anxious attachments? It’s so bad to the point where every time I try to do stuff to keep busy and full the silence when the person is busy that nothing helps and I just panic

I wish the nearest beach is like 3 hours away from me 😭 thank you tho that did make the idea of doing random hikes pop into my head🫶

I’m just really attached to this person aka my bf and legit anytime we aren’t talking my chest tightens I overthink etc etc and literally we’ve been dating for a year and it wasn’t as bad as it was at the beginning and now it’s like I need him to talk to me every second or I panic and overthink and just my whole mood completely flips and I think it’s mainly from past relationships and a lot of fear of abandonment
