I really want to take a trip sometime in my life, but I can’t get over the anxiety of planning the trip and everything that can go wrong. Any tips?

If you can afford it, hire a travel advisor/agent. My cousin went to England using a travel advisor and it was FANTASTIC. They book everything and arrange it all and you just have to show up and follow their itinerary.

start with small local trips to give your anxiety some exposure & expand the distance and complexity
