Wanted to share with the class: if you have social anxiety or are nervous around certain people/events, have something to drink with you. gives you something to do with your hands and you get lots of pee breaks to wig out a bit and take mini breaks.

Also straws!!! For whatever reason sipping through a straw is calming. No idea why, but I can attest to it working!

For some people. let’s keep in mind some people start tweaking out about social anxiety more with intoxication

Lmao no haha any type of bevy really. But non alcohol helps hydrate you and keep you from spiraling at least for me. Unless I’m comfortable.

Oh lol I meant non alcohol but in some settings where I know people and the vibe and am comfortable I will have some alcohol.
