ummm if i have recently been having trouble breathing while laying down could it just be anxiety bc thinking about what it could be just makes my anxiety worse and i just cannot sleep

this is so real and i get it! but if it helps, sometimes laying down makes me breath weird cuz my chest is in an odd position. i think ur totally fine xx

you might be overthinking it too much dw I’m sure it’s not bad just maybe take some sleeping pills for insomnia, melatonin helps me relax
