Why do some men like not understand the concept of women feeling unsafe? Today I was harassed by a customer at work, ans now I don't even feel safe at my own job anymore. idk what do? All the men i've spoked too have told me that i should quit ⬇️

At the very least you should let your manager at your work know that you feel unsafe because of a customers actions, if they won’t help you, go higher up the chain. Employee’s should not feel like they are at risk for doing their job and it is the employer’s responsibility to do that

I think almost all men UNDERSTAND it, but are also stuck with limits to what we can do about it. For instance, did you ask anyone who has the authority to arrest the guy or ban him from the grocery store? And if not, who did you talk to and what is it you hoped they would do? Talk to him? Take it up with his kneecaps? I’m not being cute, just saying begin with the end in mind if you know what you want accomplished. They prob don’t know what to do either

Because for most guys, whenever they’ve felt unsafe throughout life, they’ve generally just been told to suck it up and deal with it and quit being a pussy. They tell you to either quit and don’t be there, or bring a weapon to defend yourself, because those are the only things that have ever been suggested to them.
