Yes and I have. That being said, I’d encourage them to see someone about it so I’m not their only emotional support.

Personally no because I know how mentally draining constantly reassuring your partner can be. I’m all for supporting your partner, but I’m not in a place to be that level of supportive without it having effects on my own mental health
