ok I fear I’m bad at explaining this, I basically got friendzoned, he did it very kindly but it’s going to impact me going forward and if there’s anything to make it easier to lose the feelings that’s more what im asking

Like you don’t have to stop being friends with him don’t do that but you won’t be able to move on at all if you don’t change anything cause that’s what got u here in the first place

Yeah, you don’t need to like actively unfriend and hate them, but the more time you spend with them the more you’ll be reminded what you liked about them, so you basically just have to stop seeing them and talking to them on a normal basis.
