Some games have that. Baldurs Gate 3, Cyberpunk 2077, even older games like Saints Row 3 & 4. Also a lot of mods.

Maybe presets for both? I haven’t really thought about it, and dick customization in cyber punk was weird as hell. Customizing outfits for a female character is more fun than changing the body proportions anyways.

As an avid Baldur’s Gate 3 player I will say that you actually can’t change boob or dick size. You can change the shave but not the actual thing itself. The boobs also don’t change and there are 2 preset body types for each gender

Yeah I was thinking more of how I had a Baldur’s gate 3 gaming party with some friends. One friend in the group walked away to go to the bathroom after finishing his character, so obviously we secretly swapped the genitals out.
