I will say as someone who is demiromantic and can only develop crushes on someone when I know them for a long time and well, it's absolutely not intentional for me I start having feelings for one of my friends, but I find it super hard to date someone I don't know well and can't trust because I wanna know what they like and be able to do those things and have that trust I've been on the other end too though and know it's hard so I'm super sorry you're going through that

Men and women can be friends, but it’s much harder because there’s a high chance one will end up attracted to another and it will ruin everything. Also, why “:(“?

yeah that total makes sense, friends to lovers is one of the best outcomes too when it works out. It’s just hard since I like having meaningful conversations, guys just always tend to take it the wrong way for me I guess

I totally hear what you're saying too because I've also been in situations where a friend of mine told me they liked me, and when I didn't feel the same way, they cut me off or started being mean to me and I imagine you may have dealt with this too so I'm super sorry if that was the case. I hope you definitely find good people to be friends with because I agree that it's really nice when you find a friend you can have very deep and meaningful discussions with without it needing to be romantic

yea I get that, it’s just annoying because I don’t get the feeling of animosity as much talking to guys as I do with girls. Sad face because I miss having genuine guy friends like I did during hs

If you’re “not rlly supposed to be friends” then why do you have girl friends? And yeah, either you wanna be with someone or they’re not your type but you still think they’re cool. That’s when you make a friend. This whole paragraph kinda contradicts itself.
