A few things, 1. Power imbalance often leads to violence including SA, men tend to have positions of higher power more than women 2. Rape statistics don’t often include when men are coerced into nonconseual sex, most male victims never speak out 3. Many fathers avoid having that conversation with their boys, the boys grow up thinking rape is always super violent when it could just be a “no stop it” being ignored and leading to trauma
To reply however, Men are generally in power in a relationship between a man and a woman (not all the time and I mostly mean physically) so women most of the time simply don’t have the power to rape. I think the statistics would be vastly different if women were the stronger gender
Yeah its physically done to a person but its not an innate motivation or based on how strong someone is, its all about a person’s moral compass. For example if someone got touched when they are younger then they are more likely to be the enabler/molester next time or if someone grows up in a culture where hookers dress immodestly and most women cover up then they might think they deserve to have access to a person’s body based on their past. Its NOT that men are all automatically born rapists
