
It is healthy to think of every aspect of yourself as a muscle. It is only through resistance that you can grow stronger, but ceaseless resistance will break you down without the opportunity to rebuild. Face the day head on and accept whatever challenges come to you, but take care of yourself in the interim, give yourself the rest and reflection you need to grow, and you will face the next wave of resistance stronger
Your analogy if flawed, if every aspect of your life is a muscle sometimes it physically cannot grow that strength ever, no matter the training level or amount of time you put into it sometimes it just won’t happen sometimes, sometimes it’s impossible to face the day because of it and can cause a lot of problem in your head later down the line.
