Q: I'm 22F and have a 47M coworker who is very nice to me but I can't tell if he's flirting. If he's messaging me out of work hours, joking about us hanging out, trying to say he's there for me. Is that flirting? I'm autistic and can't tell :( Help.

He’s flirting, set some boundaries and shut it down. Or lean into it if that’s what you’re into but if you feel weird shut it DOWN

He'll message me thinks like trying to get me to come help on his farm, offering to buy me dinner, saying we should watch basketball together, or that I made his day when I come down to his office for work related things. I'm also in the deep South so I can't tell if he's really friendly or what. But he's older than my dad so I feel weird about it.
