If we’re basing it off of chickens, they would actually be proportional to how large a chicken egg is compared to the chicken’s body, so you’d essentially be giving birth every month. The human body was not designed to do that every month
Breasts change because of a couple different reasons but mostly it’s the hormones. For example during periods it can feel more tender or sore. During ovulation (before the uterine lining is shed) they might feel fuller or perkier. But it always comes down to individual differences
