I suggest therapy as this may be from a trauma (and men being the trigger isn’t something you’ll just “get over”)

“Therapy” is too broad imo. OP would need to choose what type of therapy if they choose to go that route. CBT for example would do things like I suggested as exposure therapy

Exposure therapy wouldn’t help with this if it’s trauma related, I said “therapy” bc you can’t decide a type without knowing the issues and therefore a generalized therapist/counselor would be able to figure that out.
