maybe. Probably not a guarantee in a romantic way. I will smile if I think you’re cute but cute isn’t romantic. It’s could be oh she’s pretty, has a nice smile, is looking at me and I feel awkward. Do you smile at people and not find them romantically cute? Yes. Then it could mean anything. It’s weird to be talking to people and have scowl at them while you do it.
