Not a man but from a woman's perspective I completely understand you. If he wanted to talk to you he would've, you shouldn't always be the one to initiate, I would start doubting his interest in me if I did.

I felt this, not the married part but him being older. When it comes to a lot of guys I experienced, age truly doesn't matter, they'll never grow past their young adult years
