Based on what you said I would think he still likes you, but is busier and isn’t feeling like giving you the alone time he has left right now. Maybe offer to let him make plans for the next time he’s less busy, and then you’ll know more

So we used to hang out every day after classes and shit, we’d always come back to my dorm, study and play Roblox. My roommate said the way we both act around each other can be seen as flirting (play fighting). But this weekend I kept trying to make plans to hang out or meet up to study and he keeps saying stuff like “I have essays I have to write” when I can clearly see that he’s online on a game.
