I’m sure you being there is enough for him. In a guys mind we don’t care for something like a gift back in most cases. Make the time with him memorable and that’s probably perfect enough for him. The cards a good touch, I’m sure he’ll cherish it

It depends what his top love languages are. The perfect gift could be just spending a lot of time with him, or going to a special place with him, or just cuddling on the couch with him and telling him how much you love him. It doesn’t have to be a physical gift with monetary value.

ya that’s all he’s been taking about is us cuddling because of his away job being hard on him. he mainly just wants me to be there but i’m going to make sure he actually has a good time and experience the island. he didn’t last time so i’m planning out a lot of things to do

If he doesn’t like/enjoy that ur spending money on him, make him something. Food art, a little craft u think he’d enjoy. Something that, while it doesn’t cost much, u put time, effort and love into
