okay so lots of men on here have said they whenever they've tried to talk to women they were like ridiculed or she made fun of him, or just was cold and rude. i want to know like if we are uninterested how can we politely decline?

what i've been saying is "i'm really flattered or thank you (if they gave me a compliment) but I'm not looking for anything right now" or something along those lines. i don't think that's mean or anything but if it is let me know

Yeah, I also just talk to them like human beings??? If they ask I’ll be like “aw thanks so much! I’m sorry, I am talking to someone right now, but I really appreciate it!” Or if I’m single but going through a lot/have other goals, I let them know that too. Idk why people would we be mean to someone (Ik they can be 😪). If it’s an attraction issue, I still make it about me. Just because I may not be attracted to them doesn’t mean they aren’t attractive to other people, so I wouldn’t mention that

I mean just be kind or understanding. No normal guy demands she say yes and has accepted the possibility of a no and can take it, he usually just wants not to be humiliated or shamed

yeah like that's how literally all the women ik respond too, and it's so strange to me that it doesn't match up with the stuff men online say about how cruel women are to them if they're uninterested. that's why i asked, bc like i can't imagine someone just straight up being mean bc they aren't attracted or uninterested 😭
