So uhh, guys, how do I break (try at least) that casual greeting stage??😭✋ like, at what point? At this point now, we can chat casually and I can walk up and start a convo and he initiates as well, but at what point do I offer outside work hangout?😵‍💫

This man seems shy af and I’m tryna take it slow ngl. Cuz he’s not pulling away or being ‘nonchalant’, so I take that as a good sign. However, I don’t wanna overwhelm him. Would it be better to ask to hangout with other friends or just one on one?

Well you could always ask him as part of your casual chit-chats just as a get to know you type of thing. Also for getting out of that stage a good way is to figure out some activity you have and common and do a friendly like “oh woah you like that? Me too! We should do it together sometime.” And honestly based on the response you get to that it’ll be pretty telling if he’s interested or not
