is anyone else trying to get out of being skinny fat? i’ve been weight lifting for months and i see more definition but i just can’t get lean 😭😭 my calorie goal is 1500 and i struggle going lower. any tips?
Go on a bulk first, don’t worry about getting trim. Get strong and big at the same time. Once you build a significant amount of muscles, then it is easier to get lean
