“false rape accusations are ruining men’s lives!” even REAL rape accusations aren’t ruining men’s lives. DO FUCKING BETTER.

Two things can be true. A false rape accusation from my ex (we didn’t even have sex) very nearly got me expelled. But also, the guy who raped me was never punished in the slightest.

Unconscious people can’t consent. That goes for everyone no matter the gender sexuality or anything. If someone is unconscious they cannot say no and therefore cannot give consent.

Women are 12% less likely to be convicted when accused of sexual assault compared to men so yall get away with rape more than men do

The punishment for bearing false witness is the same punishment that would have been levied against the accused. If the penalty for aggravated rape is death. (As it was for hundreds of years) the penalty for a false accusation of such a thing, is also death.

in her own verbal statement given to police in 2024 she said she was a willing participant. she consented and when she no longer consented the action stopped. I personally believe on a moral level you can be two consenting adults and it can still be “wrong” but not legally that’s personal accountability.

are you seriously fucking defending them? if consent is removed at ANY POINT during intercourse and the other party KEEPS GOING that’s at LEAST assault &/or rape depending. she wouldn’t be filing another lawsuit if this wasn’t rape. women “lie” to protect their social status or how people view them

can you put your thinking cap on for a second and ask yourself WHY someone would to go the POLICE to… report consensual sex? it doesn’t make sense. there’s more to the story and the fact you can’t see that bc you’re so desperate to prove she’s a liar is pathetic

IT WASNT CONSENSUAL? THATS WHY SHE WENT TO THE POLICE? there IS more to the story and that’s why she’s coming forward TWO YEARS LATER you fucking imbecile. I hope you learn why women keep things to themselves and why #metoo was a thing and EVERYTHING that women deal with is because MEN LIKE YOU don’t fucking bother to step in and help. I reiterate. FUCK. YOU.

did you mean to reply to 1? i’m agreeing it was rape, i’m saying it’s ridiculous to actually believe someone would go to the police if it was consensual. obviously she went to repot a crime bc that’s why people go to the police. there are police reports where she says she was raped and coerced

So true. The problem is that suing an innocent man costs completely nothing but the woman has so much to gain financially. Maybe it should be that if she can’t prove it, she must pay the man the exact financial restitution she requested.

Well… there’s cases where a lack of evidence doesn’t necessarily mean she was lying about the accusation. An accusation can have some foundation but not enough to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. Those cases can be dismissed for lack of sufficient evidence without discouraging women to come forward. But in the cases we find during the investigation the accuser is lying… it’s not about money, it’s about preventing that ideology/culture from spreading. So the penalty should be death.

Like, as soon as we create financial incentives to deceive one another, we shouldn’t be surprised when people utilize deception to try to achieve that as an end goal.

It’s the hive mind. For some reason it views “being wrong” as a death sentence or embarrassment as a fate worse than death, which, it isn’t. It’s one reason we don’t rush to judgement. Like if someone tells you something treat it as true and investigate it, but if the evidence shows you something contrary, a different investigation must be made. People in general are constantly projecting their fears onto one another to see what will stick. Even imaginary fears like embarrassment for misjudgemen

I’m really sorry this happened to you & im not saying it doesn’t in this post, it’s obviously hyperbolic (similarly to ACAB) to try and gain more attention and traction because it needs to make some people mad in order for them to pay attention Again I’m really sorry this happened, women are abusers too and we are not innocent, I do believe that people who falsely accuse should be charged with obstruction & falsifying information etc etc. whatever applies to their situation

men also come forward less unfortunately, I never said women are innocent, it just happens to us more often and it’s important that victims everywhere step forward to share because this shit just creeps behind closed doors in broad daylight oftentimes.
