I like Tiana cuz her movie has the best music, she’s bad as hell, and she works really hard to achieve her dreams.

jasmine because the music in aladin is a masterpiece, shes the embodiment of bad, and her whole role was being simped over. did absolutely nothing throughout the entire movie

Mulan (her self-confidence journey was neat and her dad was sweet) and Tiana (she *earned* her title, that woman single-handed built an empire and her mom was pretty cool too)

Rapunzel from Tangled

Elsa cause she crashed out and almost destroyed the planet out of stress after having to be the brains for her dumbass younger sibling who was about to get her killed and honestly I relate so much
Also, yknow. Kewl powers

She and Tiana share my No.1 tbh. Mulan too good to be 2

Tiana is also awesome it’s a tragedy she’s a frog for so much of her movie

That honestly pissed me off a bit. She was a well-designed character who deserved more screen time as her beautiful, non-mucosal self

It’s a problem with a lot of Disney/pixar black protagonists

YESSSS I wish I could find the source my professor talked about this with. It’s an interesting, albeit very disturbing, phenomenon

just because i feel like her beauty is within her intelligence as well as her physical qualities. plus if she can fall in love with a narcissistic angry beast then it gives me faith that a women will see me for who i truly am. not that i'm a beast but ya know
