If he straight up told you he doesn’t want a relationship with you, then it’s looking grim. You could go the route of doing that fwb and hope he develops feelings, but I wouldn’t. I’d just move on. Nobody wants to do fwb.

In my mind: oh there’s a connection between us bc we are friends, there is a sexual connection, so why can’t there be a romantic one? Why can’t he treat me the way I deserve?
