Where did men get the idea that if a woman is not that hot then she’s probably super deep and intellectual, but if she is hot then she’s probably neither of things and has OF

Stereotypes but also it’s much harder to roll a double 6 on the dice that’s called genetics

If a girl spends a lot of time grooming theres less time for hard grinding. Stress from academics hurts the skin, vague gentics coming in effect. It really is just a stereotype but has a silver line of truth, as most stereotypes do. Still wrong tho

You can also get nitpicky and look at the bell curves of both intellect and attractiveness and then slap them together showing you’re far more likely to encounter people who don’t represent both extremes as you’re an outlier

But if we are assuming beauty and intelligence are independent l, then it’s just as likely someone rolled a double 6 on intelligence and beauty as they are to roll a 6 on beauty and 1 on intelligence. The main fallacy is that we intuitively believe that people have a fixed number of stat points to allocate like an rpg. In reality, intelligence and beauty are positively correlated

Consider this: someone’s who’s average in looks but very intelligent can have a very r career and marry someone who’s above average in looks but mid in intelligence. Now their kids will likely be above average in both

I’m talking about the incorporation of the law of large numbers and bell curves. Intelligence and beauty itself are highly subjective so you could go down the rabbit hole of gray areas within those, but I wouldn’t call above average equating to beautiful or intelligent. Humans don’t exist like stats in a videogame but it is an accurate analogy. Genetics are a accumulation of bell curves and then you can throw in a slew of other factors like from childhood experience to emotional support to

Even factors like nutrition. Now there’s of course negative and positive correlations and many bell curves would be skewed but my point is to find somebody that meets both extremes you need a lot of shit to line up vs it’s easier to meet one extreme

My point with the double 6 dice roll is accounting in variable change. Each number has equal percentage of chance on the first roll and if you look at it individually then it will be equal but if you keep rolling a 6 after a 6 after a 6 after a 6 well you’re due for something else

People make this point and tbh it has no legs lol. Studying less doesn’t make you less intelligent than someone who studies a lot, for one. Two, nobody takes hours for grooming, so it’s not going to take time away from studying. Three, intelligence isn’t limited to academics. And four, school literally ends? Lmao. If you’re both out of school, what is grooming taking time away from? It’s silly

Uhm stress from anything hurts the skin. Someone stupid is often unbothered, pretty privilege puts less pressure to be high achieving and or stressed. You can study and research beyond school too. If you study like from BOOKS and study research because you genuinely want to learn, it can be stressful to wrestle with complex problems in different subjects. I dont agree with this take but you asked, this is likely the reasoning behind the stereotype before it rolled bigger.

I know girls that take hours for grooming, plenty of girls do just not everyday. The gals i know are pretty and smart, but super stressed aswell. Not that they outta be ugly, love girls that can do both

Basically, the idea is that if you are extremely attractive, which is a lot lower of a bar for women than men, on average there’s a lot more opportunity to just have everything handed to you, and that becoming smart past basic life skills is more of a choice than for someone who is not attractive and has zero opportunity to have anything handed to them. It is more about like averages due to life circumstance. Inference

Booksmarts tend to have nothing really to do with appearance more to do with how wealthy your parents are. I’m more talking about being like a fully flesh person with their own hopes, goals ideas based on like deep thought and such. most super attractive woman I know are very proud of having no hopes and dreams other than sitting on a yacht for as many years as they can after leaving high school and moving immediately to Florida

People who are crazy attractive are just boring ppl outside of party lifestyle there’s just nothing to them which is why you always see the people with the most charisma and attractiveness with the most fucked up mental issues cause they don’t really need to take the time to think until they absolutely are forced to
