Ngl if someone’s grabbing someone else’s privates, I’d almost certainly get the impression they want sex, and that they made that decision for themself. Not that someone CAN’T be incapacitated by drunkenness, of course they can. But if you’re trying to eyeball that; someone actively propositioning people at least outwardly seems like the strongest possible indicator against incapacity

Nor mine. Not saying *I* find drunkenness attractive or hard to resist. FAR from it. I’ve turned down (drunk) girls even when they WERE grabbing at my dick. Just not because I didn’t feel like it was their choice. I think the line between ‘drunk and making dumb choices’ and ‘incapacitated and not making choices’ is important to be conscious of above all bc incapacitated ppl are safest when people can distinguish them and recognize their particular peril and need for protection.

I’ve only ever really been in this situation when I’ve also been really drunk, and I wasn’t gonna say no then, because my ass was incapacitated, but if a girl was clearly way drunker than me then I was absolutely on my “if you still want me sober then you can tell me tomorrow” shit
