it’s actually healthier for the testicles to be able to fall away from the body as they operate best at a few degrees below your body temp, hence why they can also retract into the body when met with cold temps so briefs are uncomfortable, but also potentially unhealthy although i think there was a study done that showed the difference between briefs and boxers was minimal in regard to fertility as it relates to temperature also i’ve never studied this formally so i may be incorrect
