Even as a christian i disagree with this. As a man if your dating a girl you cant have your eyes on another so just putting her mentally in the friend zone and never letting her out. You can have female friends you just cant be a walking goonball

If you’re a decent, intelligent human being, you can find another person physically attractive and even enjoy being around them but also recognize that you wouldn’t make a good couple

One of my biggest homies in college is a girl (who is fairly attractive) and honestly one of the best friends I’ve made in college, hands down top 5 friend

Every time I’ve tried having a girl as a friend she’s ended up getting a crush on me, now I’m just friendly to women but not anything more
