Go talk to the computer/tech guys. Or the political scientists, or the history majors, or the education majors. Most of those are pretty nerdy. Not all, but most I’ve met anyway are nice and genuine. The history major men at my school are all wife’d up or engaged

Depends on the college. As a mechanical engineering major myself, we are all absolutely massive nerds, and are so blunt we cant hide how we feel in the slightest. Try those guys.

Find a D&D group, look for the most authentic role player who likes helping the table have fun

Every guy is genuine, as long as you don’t give him any reason to lie. And every guy will lie as soon as he DOES have a reason to. As for nerds, meet them in class lol (they actually go to class so your odds are better there)
