Posting on social media doesn’t mean that you actually support the cause or victim. There’s a lot of performative activism with this rn, I’d prefer seeing everyone (men included) start questioning universities they are affiliated with about their protocols and processes for helping victims of SA to help victims get justice at every school.

Because I have friends who similar stuff happened to and I’d rather help them than post about some girl I don’t know 2000 miles away

Because the victim openly admitted she lied, changed her statement a multitude of times, and really just had buyers regret. Her counselor with the school reported this as well. But if we say this, it looks like we downplay real SA. SA is a huge issue, those who lie about it hurt real victims
