Reminder to anyone that carries a gun, flashing your weapon to someone else can be considered “brandishing a firearm” which is normally illegal. You can’t just flash you weapon and say “don’t mess with me” in every context
But, in all states, it’s just generally a bad idea

Yeah and even having a fake gun that other people don’t know is fake is also extremely illegal. Perceived threat is the same as real threat most of the time so there isn’t like a “takesies backsies” rule like “oh haha just kidding it wasn’t a real gun!”
