men get hard pretty easily and it doesn't have to mean arousal lol. half the time it just pops up, but its also REALLY easy to get hard when we ARE aroused. id say as easily as women get wet from what ive seen

Being on meds can also affect it, personally I’m really glad my adhd meds do (which are technically an antidepressant) because it’s nice not having to worry about randomly getting visibly hard when out in public

When puberty starts all the way up to mid 20s it happens by accident a lot. After that it becomes more in control depending on your hormone levels.
