I don’t even stare on purpose, and I only feel weird when staring at girls because I hear stuff like this. I will stare at a dude as much as I want if I feel like it.

I feel like, generally speaking not just between men & women, staring is rude. if someone is just staring at me i’m going to feel uncomfortable. that’s why people don’t do it. so go on staring at people but it’s not really a kind thing to do.
