Just because it’s easiER to get laid doesn’t mean it isn’t easy for you to get a boyfriend. It’s just why you assume it’s hard (and invent needless challenges for yourselves to make it harder). For men, 99% of the challenge is finding a woman who’s that attracted to you when women are spoiled for choice. But on your end, that’s basically already done for you. If you had a coworker who only had to do the easiest 1% of your job, you’d think, relative to you, they have an easy job, right?
Uh, no. Not the case. Have you met men? We have preferences, sure. We can get specific if we’re playing build-a-babe and imagining our hypothetical perfect woman. But on a more realistic level, men are generally hugely flexible. If you’re not overweight and not a burn-victim (or somesuch obvious and unusual disfigurement), most men think you’re hot If you don’t mind me prying; do you not think guys find you hot? Why not?
Interesting. Not at all relevant, but interesting. For one thing, that sounds like self-reported “data” meaning all it tells you is how honest they are about it. But even if they controlled for that in some kind of blind trial, how much they prioritize looks isn’t the same thing as how picky they are or how high their standards are or what it takes to be attractive. It wouldn’t at all surprise me that men are more vain but easier to please.
