Give him hints. Prolonged eye contact with the flirty smile/eyes. Normal stuff. If he seems avoidant from it then he probably isn’t interested and you can just carry on with life. Flirting is nice because it’s not vulnerable. If he does reciprocate, just ask to do something with him.

i mean i’m kinda going through the same thing, i liked this girl and i’m pretty sure she liked me but i dragged it on too long (we’re in college and our schedules just never aligned so we rarely texted and didn’t have time to hang out) anyways i’m gonna try and talk with her on Thursday bc she invited me out with her friends to this party and im gonna tell her how i feel bc i don’t like just being that guy who follows her around
