1. Most public urinals don’t have toilet paper in order to do so 2. For space purposes, the closer together the more people can piss but we don’t go in the ones next to each other usually unless there’s a divider 3. No, we don’t really have need or reason to do that in most cases

That’s what I do. If at a urinal i’ll occasionally use my hand and just wash it off when i wash my hands.
