Just because it’s legal, I wouldn’t say it’s moral. A 16 year old boy doesn’t think with his prefrontal cortex nor do I think he can give informed consent.

what if the girl had been living living in an extreme controlling household like no driving, 10pm curfew, no leaving without permission, total obedience and thats how she was raised vs the guy who had much more freedom an experience, had a car, and could generally do what he want as long as he didnt get into trouble
