It’s not hard to learn how to cook. There are tons of free recipes, videos, tutorials etc. you just have to find the energy and motivation to do so. You don’t have to cook grand dinners or anything crazy. Simple things can take only 20 min or so to cook.

Ofc. If you can start cooking one meal at home a day, it will make a huge difference in how you feel. I say this as someone who eats raising canes almost every day 😭

Yeaaa I don’t really know how to cook either 😭 I just like eating fruits and veggies and smoothies at home. It’s so hard to get in three healthy meals if you’re at school the whole day
