These are sticky bra inserts, you use them as a bra when you have a top that’s completely open in the back or chest area

These specific ones you go under bc they work as a push up bra pretty much. some of them you put directly on top of the boob so that you can clamp it, but those ones are more so to make your boobs look more appealing in tops instead of providing support
